That is a common snapping turtle. Not all of the photos shown on the video were camera trap images (like that hermit thrush). Some were photos I personally took around Chicago.

Very cool! Was there really a cougar sighted in Chicago? Was it in a CWW picture?

In 2013, a wildlife conservation officer shot a cougar a little closer to Chicago:
It does make you wonder about the definition of "conservation".
