Chicago Wildlife Watch Talk
what's the critter on the rt side?? opossum? it's about 3 1/2 inch down and 2 inches over buried in the leaves. Thanks!
#raccoons-first time I've seen them during the day.
What is this on right side? I went with 2 deer and 1 rabbit?
#grey fox? or small thin coyote? blk tip tail, no blk on ears or legs, long bushy tail. Hopeful we are going to find a grey fox, thoughts?
#deer, almost didn't see it in the trees.
#grey fox. I believe this is a grey fox, red foxes have a white tip tail, this matches the example in the field guide for a grey fox.
What's the animal in the back by the tree? it looks like a dog but I find it hard to believe a oppossum would be there if it is a dog.
#raccoon, best picture I've seen so far of a raccoon. might want to consider using this one in the identification pictures.
my first woodchuck, he's awfully cute!
Yes, it is a Common Flicker-Yellow-shafted form, appears to be a Male. That's what my bird identification book says. Good eye!!
nice pic with the rabbit in the fields of flowers
out and start all over. I marked this one as No Animals so it could be marked.
everytime I get this pic and click on Car it messes up the screen and gives 2 identify buttons that you cannot click and you have to get
is this a fawn? it is the first deer I've seen with spots, or are there 2 different types of deer, one spotted and one not?
I'm getting quite a few of these, where there is no picture only a little picture of a page. Just wanted to let you know.
Nice pic of a deer
#bird, might be a robin.
#dead coyote left hand side??
how do we mark the head position when there are 2, one head up on head down? thanks
What's the difference between a gray and fox squirrel. I see this one as a gray because it has the slight gray on sides of his tail.
#bird, only his head in lower right area
There is no way to identify this animal. I choose not to guess so click the No Animal button. We really need a button for "I don't know"
