Black objects on lower tree trunks
-
by Patmurw15
Question: I just started this, but have noticed that many pictures include a black object on a tree trunk roughly in center of picture. Since the first ones I saw were at quite a distance, I initially thought maybe they were a small animal I was looking for. But there's too many, and I now suspect they are part of the science of this. Something facing the camera? This one looks quite 'boxy.' Can someone explain? I shall ignore them from now on. Thank you.

This is the scent bag we use to attract animals to walk in front of the camera. Check out the featured discussions!
