The conference has started!

  Hi all! The 2015 International Urban Wildlife Conference just got started today with some pre-talk tours. I headed up a birding tour of the Chicago area, and we ended up seeing a Kirtland's Warbler, which is one of the most (if not the most) rare warblers. On the whole a pretty good day!

  We will be talking at length with conference goers about Chicago Wildlife Watch, and I just wanted to let you know that if things seem a little quiet online for a few days it's because we will all be working like dogs making sure the conference goes by without a hitch!

  I'm uploading talks with reckless abandon! There is a great symposium on citizen science today that I hope to get a chance to see!
