how-to: multiple behaviors

  • ForestPreserve by ForestPreserve moderator

This image shows a common problem. There's one deer sniffing the tree, clearly with its head up. If you look closely, there's a second deer, with only its hind leg visible on the left edge.

The problem is how to identify the different "behaviors" (head positions). If you click "deer", you can select "2" for the quantity, but there's no way to specify both "head up" and "not visible".

The solution is simple. Click "deer", select "1" for the quantity, and "head up" for the behavior. After you click "identify", click "deer" again, select "1" for the quantity, and "not visible" for the behavior. In other words, handle the same animal, different behavior just like you'd handle different animals.

This is the correct answer. Thank you!!
